Sheriff Christmas Party Cake

To celebrate his platoon, one of our repeat customers ordered this cake for the annual Christmas party. 

Peanuts Christmas

To celebrate the Dettman Christmas, I created this homage to Peanuts. Our family loves Snoopy...especially my boys (including my husband!). The cake was chocolate and vanilla decorated with fondant. Charlie Brown, Lucy, and Linus are so cute! I do admit that I made Linus look more like my husband...he is pretty cute as well! Snoopy's house was made of rice cereal while Snoopy and Woodstock are a mix of fondant and gumpaste.

Santa and His Reindeer

I enjoyed sculpting Santa's feet from gumpaste, but my favorite part of this cake are the reindeer. This cake was a hit with the children at Christmas with my Grandmother! It had something for everyone -- vanilla cake, chocolate cake, buttercream and fondant icing.

Let It Snow

I love this snowman cake! I created it for my husband's family Christmas. The cake was covered in fondant and the figures were made of gumpaste. I am partial to the penguins...they are so cute!
